Office of Admission
The officiant, vested with a white stole, shall say:
+ In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Our Father...
After which, each person to be admitted to the Guild, robed, shall kneel before the priest. The senior member of the Guild present, or other fit person, shall then present the candidates to the priest with these words:
Reverend Father, I present unto you [N] to be admitted a probationer/member of the Guild of Servants of the Sanctuary.
Priest: Do you desire to be admitted a probationer/member of the Guild of Servants of the Sanctuary?
Candidate: I do.
Priest: Do you promise, God being your helper, to keep the rules of the Guild?
Candidate: I do so promise.
Priest: [N], I admit you to be a member of the Guild of Servants of the Sanctuary, in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
[Delivering to the member the medal, the priest shall add:
Receive this medal in token of your membership, and see that you fulfil in your life what you have promised with your lips.]
The Lord, the fountain of all grace and mercy, ever in His Blessed Sacrament strengthen and renew you, guide and preserve you amid the storms of this world, and bring you unto the haven of everlasting salvation. Amen.
The Guild Office follows.
