The chapter will meet in St Mary's Church, Kidlington at 7:30pm on Wednesday, 16th March.
Sung Guild Office and sermon will be followed by refreshments and the chapter AGM will be convened to accept the treasurer's report and accounts and appoint the chapter officers for the coming year. The minutes of the last meeting held on 17th March 2010 can be found here.

Nominations for positions of chapter secretary and chapter treasurer should be notified to the current secretary prior to the meeting, similarly those wishing to serve on the chapter committee should advise the secretary, who will be happy to tell them more about the duties involved.
